We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on purchases from MooneChild Enterprise, LLC. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we will make it right.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at moonechildenterprise@gmail.com and we will raise it for you. Refunds return to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days once approved.
ChordCraft Pro starts with a 14-day free trial — cancel before it ends and you are never charged. After that, you can cancel at any time from the billing portal in the members area; cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If a renewal caught you by surprise, contact us within 30 days and we will refund it.
Physical items are made to order by our print partner. If your piece arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, send us a photo within 30 days and we will replace it or refund it in full. Because items are printed individually, we ask that you check your size before ordering — but we will still honour the 30-day guarantee.
Ebooks and other digital files are covered by the same 30-day guarantee. If a file will not open or was never delivered, tell us and we will resend it or refund you.
