How does the 14-day free trial work?
Start a ChordCraft Lab Pro subscription and you get full Pro access free for 14 days. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then at no cost.
What's included in the free tier vs. Pro ($7/month)?
The free tier includes the interactive keyboard, basic chord discovery, and daily puzzles. Pro unlocks the full Chord Detective, the complete Ear Training Path, adaptive quizzes, and genre matching. The yearly plan ($70/year) gives you two months free compared to monthly billing.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade from the Paddle customer portal linked in your receipt email, or email moonechildenterprise@gmail.com and we'll take care of it. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Pro access until then.
Where do I access my lessons after subscribing?
Sign in and visit the Members Room (/members). Active Pro subscribers see the full ChordCraft lesson library there.
How is merch fulfilled?
Merch (denim jackets, tees, mugs, glasses, mouse pads, keychains, tote bags) is printed on demand through Zazzle. After your purchase, we ask for your shipping address and apparel size on the thank-you page, then place the print order for you.
How long does shipping take?
Print-on-demand items typically ship within 5–10 business days after the print order is placed, plus carrier transit time. We'll email you if anything takes longer.
I didn't get the shipping form after checkout. What do I do?
No problem — email moonechildenterprise@gmail.com with your order email, item, size (for apparel), and shipping address, and we'll attach it to your order manually.
What if my merch arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll arrange a reprint or refund through Zazzle's quality guarantee.
Who processes my payment?
All payments are handled securely by Paddle, our payment provider. Paddle is the merchant of record, which means they process the charge, handle sales tax/VAT, and appear on your card statement as PADDLE.NET.
What payment methods can I use?
Paddle accepts major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (availability varies by country).
Why does my statement say PADDLE.NET instead of MooneChild?
Because Paddle is the merchant of record, their name appears on your statement. A charge from PADDLE.NET after a purchase here is legitimate — check your receipt email for details.
How do I get a receipt or invoice?
Paddle emails a receipt automatically after every purchase and renewal. If you can't find it, email moonechildenterprise@gmail.com and we'll resend it.
Can I get a refund?
Digital purchases (subscriptions, ebook) can be refunded within 14 days if something isn't working as described. Merch follows Zazzle's print-on-demand return policy. Email us and we'll make it right.
