How do I open my ChordCraft Lab modules?
Sign in with the email you paid with and open the ChordCraft dashboard. Every module your plan unlocks is listed there with its lessons, videos and quiz.
I paid but my modules are still locked.
Make sure you're signed in with the same email you used at checkout. You can also get a one-time code from the Find My Purchases page. If it's still locked, send us a message below.
How do points and progress work?
You earn 10 points for each lesson you finish and 50 for each module quiz you pass. Your dashboard shows your percentage complete and quizzes passed.
What's the difference between Monthly and Lifetime?
Monthly ($7) unlocks everything while it renews each month and can be cancelled anytime. Lifetime ($99) is paid once and unlocks everything for good. Both include Simplex Plus.
Can I retake a quiz?
Yes, as often as you like. Your best score is kept, and points for a passed quiz are only counted once.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, reply to your receipt email or send us a message below about a recent purchase.
