ChordCraft Production Pipeline — the map
========================================
Seven stages. Each one has a job and an exit condition. You do not
start a stage until the one before it has passed its exit condition.

1 CAPTURE job: get the idea recorded, badly, fast.
            exit: a take you can hear the idea in.
2 WRITE job: eight bars that loop three times without boring you.
            exit: chords, bass and top line, no plugins used.
3 ARRANGE job: eight bars become a 48-bar form with an energy curve.
            exit: the song plays end to end, sections named.
4 SOUND job: choose the final sound of every part, in context.
            exit: four parts in four registers, nothing makes you wince.
5 MIX job: gain, balance, cut, compress, space, final balance.
            exit: 24-bit WAV, peaks near -6 dBFS, no limiter, works on a phone.
6 MASTER job: EQ, glue, width, limiter, QC on the bounce.
            exit: -10 LUFS integrated, -1 dBTP, survives A/B with a reference.
7 RELEASE job: files, metadata, archive, backups.
            exit: delivered set + session archived in two places.

Timebox guide for one song: 1h capture+write, 1h arrange, 30m sound,
2h mix, 45m master, 45m release. Roughly a weekend, not a season.
